Returns Policy

At Beckett Bristol, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, we understand that there may be times when you wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our returns policy.

Return Conditions

  • You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

  • Return costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping costs.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

  • Trying on an item is allowed, but wearing it is not permitted.

  • Returning products that were deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of partially or fully returning them is not permitted.

Return Process

  1. Register your return by contacting us at info@beckettbristol.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

  2. We will provide you with the return address of our supplier, located in China.

  3. You return the item entirely at your own expense, including any customs fees or shipping costs.

  4. We always recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Refunds

After the item has been received at the return address and the condition of the product has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking information shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect address has been provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Any mistakes in the address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
